JP is a highly experienced Head Chef having worked at Michelin level, with small restaurant experience and in big hotels.
His canapes are famous and he has catered for large functions throughout his careers both inside and out. We are also able to provide a personal chef service whether it be for breakfast or a special party. JP has cooked breakfast and served dinner to Royalty.
Malcolm was the inhouse caterer at Lennoxlove House near Haddington providing weddings and functions in the Great Hall, the dining room and the Marquee.
He has looked after inhouse catering for some of Edinburgh's top companies, served dinners for events in Holyrood House, the Signet Library, College of Physicians to name but a few.
